1. We will gladly accept any unused merchandise with original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
2. Please return goods and mention reason for returning the items.
3. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post to our address.
4. Delivery charges will be not be refunded.
5. Delivery charges will be refunded in this case if placed order is received damaged or wrong parcel delivered.
6. Refund is processed in the form of Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa or any other payment method.
7. Refund request will be processed within 2 working days after receiving return products.
8. Replacement deliveries are charged at around Rs. 200 to cover one way delivery charge.
